Color: Grenat foncéNose: Très beau nez, riche et séduisant, de cerise, de cassis, de girofle et de cacao.Mouth: Bien équilibré avec des tanins fins et un brin fermes. Les arômes suivent le nez avec un légère amrtume de café et d'olives noires. Très long en bouche avec une finale de cacao.Wine and food pairing: Magret de canard ou agneau aux épices et/ou aux olives noires.Comments: C'est un 8,5 fort: le nez vaut un 9 et la bouche un 8,5. Très beau vin qui vaut amplement sont 25$ et si on veut se faire plaisir. Encore un peu jeune en bouche.Evolution:
