Color: Rubis foncéNose: Beau nez de cassis et de mûre avec un peu d'épice et un boisé invitant.Mouth: Un vin sérieux en bouche. Une trame serrée avec des tanins encore jeunes et un brin fermes. Bonne longueur avec un boisé bien intégré.Wine and food pairing: La bisteka fiorentina (Une gargantuesque côte de boeuf grillée)Comments: Vin de l'appellation Bolgheri, donc de style "super toscan" avec un assemblage bordelais: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot et Cabernet Franc. Très bien fait. Un beau vin à mettre en cave pour quelques années. À carafer 30 min.Evolution:
