Color: Grenat limpide
Nose: Beau nez profond et charmeur, fruité (cerise) et boisé.
Mouth: Assez acide en bouche, tanins fins, arômes séduisants de fruits rouges, de venaison, de fruits séchés et de fumé. Bonne longueur.
Wine and food pairing: Excellent avec la lasagne végétarienne.
Comments: Vin de style piémontais (Barolo, Barbaresco) par son acidité et son corps, mais avec une twist international dans l'utilisation du boisé.
Evolution: Ready to drink, but can wait
