Vintage (required): 2008
Color: rouge grenat avec des reflet violacé et de forte intensité. (vs)
Nose: Nez de mûre, d'épice de réglisse, de vanille et de tabac. Nez discret mais agréable.
Mouth: Costaud, les tanins sont présents, la réglisse et la tabacs ressort plus que le fruit avec une belle amertume qui se prolonge en bouche.
Wine and food pairing: une belle pièce de boeuf.
Comments: Un très bon vin qui mériterait de passer deux a trois ans en cave, tellement il est bon avec une belle amertume de tabac et de réglisse. je le recommande.

Comments: J'achete regulierement ce vin depuis cinq ans, c'est un Cahors facile d'accés qui plaira a tous le monde. Ideal si vous n'avez jamais gouté a un Cahors.

Tasting notes
Vintage (required): 2005
Price quality ratio: Honest
Color: Grenat.
Nose: Le nez m'a semblé assez discret, donc difficile de trouver beaucoup à dire... Arômes de fruits rouges.
Mouth: Un vin assez souple, qui m'a semblé un peu maigre en bouche pour un Cahors. Mais quand même bien équilibré et agréable à boire.
Wine and food pairing: Poulet crapaudine.
Comments: Je préfère les Cahors un peu plus corsés.
Evolution: Ready to drink, but can wait
