Color: Rubis limpide.Nose: Nez floral et animal, puis épicé (ça pinote).Mouth: Savoureux avec un fruité léger mais persistant de framboise et de fraise, un coté animal puis fumé. Acidité franche et bonne fraicheur. Tanins fins et souples. Très agréable.Wine and food pairing: Pour accompsgner la dinde, la tourtière et les attocas.Comments: Une bon bourgogne est toujours trop cher. Celui-ci, à 25$ est três bien. Il faut néanmoins profiter du millésime 2009 pour découvrir quelques vins de Bourgogne.Evolution:
