Tasting notes

Vintage (required): 2007
Price quality ratio: Excellent
Color: rouge grenat de forte intensité.(vsc)
Nose: Nez de bois, de cerise et de prune confîtes et de poivron. C'est invitant.
Mouth: En bouche c'est sur la cerise, costaud, équilibré, les tannins sont bien présent. c'est vraiment très bon.
Wine and food pairing: belle pièce de boeuf saignante.
Comments: un bon vin du Madiran, un excellent rapport qualité prix. Mettre en carafe 1h00 au moins.
Evolution: Ready to drink, but should be aged
