Nose: Beau nez fruité et herbacé, virant au sucre brulé.
Mouth: Beau fruit en bouche, simple mais bien fait. Légèrement végétal. Savoureux et bonne longueur pour ce prix.

Vintage (required): 2009
Price quality ratio: Good
Color: Violet / Grenat
Nose: Fruits noirs, épices, côté animal
Mouth: Soyeuse et sur le fruit (cerise noire, prune). Pointe réglissée et vanillée en milieu de bouche. Un fruit dense et épicé caractérise la finale qui est de belle longueur pour le prix.
Wine and food pairing: Plats italiens tomatés, veau etc
Comments: Timide au premier verre (surtout au nez), il se dégourdit et s'ouvre par la suite après un séjour d'une bonne heure en carafe.

J'avais pas bu depuis des lunes. Bon vin de soif très invitant avec les mets italiens.
