Belle bouteille de Mondavi qui présente un bon Pinot noir avec les grandes caractéristique du cépage, vieillissement potentiel jusqu'en 2009-2010.Evolution:

Nose: Cassis / VégétaleMouth: Tanins doux / Petits fruits rouges / cassisComments: Le 2006 était meilleur dans son ensemble. Le 2007 est moins complexe. Il lui manque selon moi une petite touche de fruits plus prononcé. Disponible en bonne quantité le millésime 2007 vient de rentrer. Peut se garde en cave entre 2 à 3 ans maximum.Evolution:

Nose: cassis/ fruit rouge / en rétro petite note végétaleMouth: les fruits rouges / léger goût de terre / fruité / minimement sucré / tanins enrobés / moyennement à légèrement corséWine and food pairing: déguster avec des filets de porc BBQ avec fromage bruschetta et tomatesComments: Le pinot noir est très bon dans le mondavi private selection. Pour ma part je préfère le merlot private selection qui est un peu plus corsé et goûteux malgré que ce pinot le soit lui aussi. Très bonne bouteille à mettre en cave un bon 3-4 ans. Sa note un bon 7.5 solide. C'est une bouteille qui vaut amplement son prix. Il se retrouve dans la plus-part des saq sélection.Evolution:
