Our rating system for evaluating wines is a system of ten stars.
This evaluation system offers sufficient subtlety while remaining simple.
Here are details on what each corresponds Stars: 1 star: Infect, this wine made me sick (wine not recommended). 2 stars: Incorrect (wine not recommended). 3 stars: Poor, drinkable but not recommended. 4 stars: Fair, wine with slight defects. 5 stars: Acceptable, it's wine, one is happy. 6 stars: Fair, a simple simple but well done. 7 stars: Good, wine with a certain interest. 8 stars: Very good, a wine with special qualities. 9 stars: Excellent, a wine with a style and superior qualities. 10 stars: Outstanding, a masterpiece.
